Mindfulness Psychology

Welcome

Feeling nervous or stressed is natural. When these feelings overwhelm us, we need someone to listen, to validate our concerns, and to help us get to the root of our problems with tools that will inspire hope, and help us regain control of our lives.

I help Adults and Teens address panic, anxiety, depression, grief, fear, and issues related to sexuality, life changes, anger issues, bullying, shame, and dating. Unique to my methods is the ability to teach you how to rewire your brain to greet difficult experience with kindness, instead of fear and anxiety.

In my practice, I use the 4C Method: Collaboration, Connection, Compassion, and Change. It draws from these evidence-based treatments: Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Cognitive-Behavioral, Attachment, Narrative, Psychodynamic, and Creative Therapies. Together, we will come up with a focused plan that addresses your unique needs with sensitivity, compassion, and precision
